Temperature Dependence of the Fano Resonance in Nanodiamonds Synthesized at High Static Pressures

Temperature dependence of Fano resonance, recently discovered in infra-red (IR spectra nanodiamonds synthesized from chloroadamantane at high static pressures, is investigated. For the first time, marked variations resonance parameteres are observed. On heating, shape changes considerably; effect completely disappears above 350 C, but recovered after cooling to ambient conditions. Such behaviour implies that assignment surface transfer doping mechanism not very plausible for studied samples. The varies due strong temperature difference frequencies IR-active "bright" and Raman-active "dark" modes nanodiamond. frequency Raman mode only weakly temperature-dependent.
